4. Orders & payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you've provided (including your delivery address and payment details) is accurate and complete. Vellaroot reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production. Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation after this point.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once an order leaves our supplier's facility, responsibility for transit passes to the courier.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or customs clearance issues for orders shipped to US territories where customs fees may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

The short version: because our products are consumable supplements made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
