Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
Processing & fulfilment
Every Vellaroot order is prepared fresh after you place it. Fulfilment typically takes 1–5 business days before your order is handed to the courier. The clock starts once your order is confirmed — you'll receive a confirmation email when that happens.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel directly with the courier.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours and your building first — parcels are occasionally left with someone nearby. If you still can't locate it, contact us at hello.vellaroot@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be your responsibility. Please double-check your address at checkout.
