Are your products vegan?

Most are — including our Lion’s Mane, Ashwagandha, Magnesium, Greens, Probiotic and gummies. Two aren’t, and we’ll always tell you: our Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides are sourced from bovine, and our Hair, Skin & Nails Essentials contain soy. No hiding it in the fine print.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Every order is fulfilled and shipped from within the United States, so delivery is fast and straightforward for US customers. Orders are typically produced and shipped within a few business days and arrive within roughly 5–8 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

Are your supplements made to a high standard?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in the US in FDA-registered facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We only work with suppliers who can stand behind what’s on the label.

Are these a quick fix?

No — and we’d be suspicious of anything that claimed to be. Adaptogens and supplements work with your body over time. Most people give it a consistent 30 days to feel the difference. Real, not instant.

Can I take more than one product together?

Many of our products are designed to work together — like a morning focus-and-energy routine or an evening wind-down. If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first. We’re a supplement brand, not a substitute for medical advice.
